WHO I AM
I'm a clinical/counselling psychologist with many years of experience. I work with evidence-based methods, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Metacognitive Therapy (MCT). My specialities and area of expertise are anxiety, depression, phobias, stress and relational difficulties among others.
I strive to create a warm and secures space tailored to your unique needs.
WHAT I'VE DONE
With years of experience as a psychologist, I have had the privilege of helping people of all ages navigate their mental health challenges. I've worked in child and adolescent psychiatry, assisting children and guiding their parents. Furthermore, I have worked for several health centers with adults, closely collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, my volunteer work in Sri Lanka with "Child Action Lanka" has deepened my commitment to supporting vulnerable families. My journey as a psychologist has been diverse and fulfilling. Today, I offer online therapy, making it easier for you to access the support you need from the comfort of your home.

Throughout my university studies, I gained extensive and comprehensive knowledge in psychology and treatment. We explored various areas, including developmental psychology, neuropsychology, pathology, organizational psychology, and numerous therapeutic methods.
After some years as a clinical psychologist I wanted to deepen my expertise in one method and decided to start specializing in metacognitiv therapy (MCT).
